How this is calculated

Article 84 (terminated by employer) — full benefit:

½ month wage per year for the first 5 years
1 full month wage per year for years 6+

Article 85 (resigned) — tier multiplier on the full benefit:

Under 2 years: 0 (nothing)
2 to under 5 years: 1/3 of the full benefit
5 to under 10 years: 2/3 of the full benefit
10 years or more: 100% (full benefit)
